El PMI (Project Management Institute) es una organización fundada en 1969, formada por diversos profesionales, con el objetivo de crear una guia compuesta por las mejores practicas para la gestión de proyectos llamada PMBOK.
El PMBOK no es una metodología, sino una serie de referencias para gestionar de una manera estructurada un proyecto.
Todos, en algún momento hemos realizado un proyecto, por pequeño que sea, y hemos tratado de gestionarlo de la mejor manera posible. A través del PMBOK, se tiene una herramienta para poder gestionar eficientemente el proyecto a través de ciertas pautas.
Procesos:
Los principales procesos de un proyecto son: inicio, planificación, ejecución, seguimiento y control, y cierre.
Dirección de Proyectos:
Junto con la aplicación de los procesos mencionados anteriormente se logra una buena dirección de proyectos, que incluye lo siguiente:
- Identificación de requisitos.
- Establecimeitno de objetivos
- Equilibrar las de alcacne, tiempo, calidad y costos

Hola, al parecer es muy interesante este curso de especialización. Quisiera por favor me digas, si no fuera mucha molestia; cuánto te costó el curso, en qué institución lo hiciste y cuánto es el tiempo óptimo para que manejes muy bién el tema. Te comento esto porque hay instituciones que no coinciden en el tiempo y la metodología.
